This is the second time we engaged Floor Xpert for our flooring needs. We were very happy with our first experience four years ago and thus decided to use their service again. After the installation, we are very pleased with the wood-lookalike vinyl and the ‘feel’ when we walk on it. There were also minor touch-ups needed to be rectify, their response was quick and able to settle the problem efficiently.
